At Thrills, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
